# Claude Connector

> Use DataForB2B in Claude through the dedicated connector

The DataForB2B connector lets Claude search people and companies, enrich profiles and companies with work emails, and find job postings and social posts. All tools are read-only.

## Connect

1. Sign up at [app.dataforb2b.ai](https://app.dataforb2b.ai) and create an API key
2. In Claude, add the DataForB2B connector and click **Connect**
3. On the authorization page, paste your API key and approve access

The connector uses OAuth 2.0: Claude never sees your API key and only receives an access token. Searches and enrichments count in records against your DataForB2B plan.

## Tools

| Tool | Description |

| `search_people` | Search professional profiles with structured filters |
| `search_company` | Search companies with structured filters |
| `enrich_profile` | Get full profile data, plus work email or GitHub profile |
| `enrich_profiles` | Same as `enrich_profile`, for up to 100 profiles in a single call |
| `enrich_linkedin_email` | Find a person's work email from their profile |
| `enrich_company` | Get full company data |
| `search_linkedin_posts` | Search LinkedIn posts by keyword, with reactors and commenters |
| `search_twitter_posts` | Search Twitter/X posts by keyword |
| `search_reddit_posts` | Search Reddit posts by keyword |
| `search_linkedin_job_postings` | Search LinkedIn job postings |
| `search_indeed_job_postings` | Search Indeed job postings |
| `typeahead` | Resolve the exact stored value for a categorical filter |

This connector returns business contact data only. It does not provide personal emails or phone numbers.
